Resident physician at UCLA Internal Medicine rotating through ICU, general medicine, and all specialties at Ronald Reagan Medical Center, West LA VA, Olive View Community Hospital, and Santa Monica Hospital. Researched effectiveness of COVID ambulatory monitoring program to prevent COVID readmission rates.

Reviewed 2000+ patients to determine etiology of falls presenting to ED (published). Reviewed 400 lung transplant patients to evaluate utility of pulmonary function tests in predicting transplant rejection (manuscript in progress).

Invented a cost-effective, disposable, non-electrical IV fluid warmer for combat medics in the field. Led device design, experimentation, prototyping, and applications for military testing.

Designed tumor-penetrating small RNA delivery vehicles for pancreatic cancer. Manuscript publication in Mol Cancer Therapeutics 2018.

Designed a wearable, low-cost, portable anterior eye segment imaging device to replace traditional ophthalmologic slit lamps.
